Giuseppe began his career in Italian and international restaurants. Attracted by the elaborate and elegant dishes of gourmet cuisine, he graduated from the IFSE Culinary Institute in Piobesi Torinese, specialized and began his journey in gastronomy. He thus passes through prestigious kitchens such as Credenza (Turin), Hilton, Plaza Athénée and Pavyllon Ledoyen. He participated in the reopening of the first Marvel restaurant in the world, at the Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel at Disneyland Paris. After a collaboration with the Les Hôtels de Paris group, he moved to the Pratolina Restaurant, where he launched, with his team, a gastronomic research project on Italian products with a touch of French cuisine, thus bringing together all his experiences and memories over the years.
